Completing an Extended Validation Order

To complete a Domain Validated Order you must first have ordered one and registered an account with TrustSign.

Firstly you need to navigate to and log in with the same credentials that you used when registering your account.

From the dashboard select “Your SSL Certificates

You will be presented with a list of your certificates that you’ve purchased through TrustSign, an outstanding order will always have a status of Pending. Select your outstanding certificate

Next you will need to provide the Common Name for the certificate, this is the fully qualified domain name for the server which you’re going to use the certificate on. You will also have to provide extended information for validation purposes. Once you have provided this, click Proceed

Now you need to provide the Certificate Signing Request (CSR), click Proceed

The CSR is checked against the common name you have entered to ensure that it is valid. You will be required to confirm that the information submitted is correct.

Once you have clicked place order your certificate order will be processed.

Please note that if your common name contains a brand name, it may get delayed by brand validation, this doesn’t happen often but when it does the screen will state this.
